So I'm a troll for stating a fact? All financial matters are about trust, as you rightly say. Success in finance depends on assessing the trustworthiness of a trading partner. There are two very simple ways to do this in Eve: 1. Always read the contract properly. Old, I know, but it's old because it works. 2. Never trade with a multi-9 trader. Assume any trade ending in a string of 9s is a scam. These simple rules will help you avoid scams, and this is success against scammers. Not entirely sure what your uber-ship analogy is all about, but were such a thing to exist I'd learn to recognise and avoid it, just as I recognise and avoid scams.
